1. Services
Nevanta provides interior design and vastu consultation services, along with complete design and project management solutions.
All services will be delivered as per the scope of work discussed and agreed with the client.
2. Consultation
A consultation fee of ₹500 is applicable for vastu or interior advice sessions.
Consultation fees are non-refundable as per our No Refund Policy.
Rescheduling is allowed if informed 24 hours in advance.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full and on time as per the agreed terms.
Any additional changes or extra requirements outside the agreed scope of work will be chargeable separately.
Nevanta is not responsible for delays caused due to pending payments from the client’s side.
4. Project Execution
Timelines for project delivery will be mutually agreed upon but may vary depending on material availability, client approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any delay due to third-party vendors, suppliers, or external factors will not be the sole responsibility of Nevanta.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are requested to provide accurate information regarding their requirements, space dimensions, and preferences.
Any errors or delays due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client will not be the responsibility of Nevanta.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, drawings, and concepts shared by Nevanta remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are not permitted to reproduce, share, or use designs without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nevanta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are also not responsible for maintenance or wear-and-tear of completed projects after handover.
8. Modifications
Nevanta reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately once posted on our website.
“This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement
